What does Evangelical mean?

Evangelical means that we believe that the Bible is God’s word, is complete and true. For that reason, the Bible is our authority in all things.

 

Are you part of a denomination?

No. Peniel is an Independent Church. That means that the church officers and members make the decisions about the church. But this doesn’t mean we are isolated. We want to work together with other Evangelical churches, and as a church we’re affiliated with AECW.
 

How long has Peniel been going?

Peniel has been in existence since 1973.
